The R&D department of the OEM Division works independently of day-to-day operations in the department, focusing solely on development. Development is guided by means of Nissens OEM's APQP process, which ensures the right quality, from the very beginning. The development process takes place in close co-operation with both customers and suppliers, ensuring the optimum solution for all parties.
